Privacy Policy

This application is a confidential prototype made available only to individuals who have been invited and who affirmatively consent to the preview terms during registration. We log that consent together with the email used to access the app so that we can demonstrate who agreed to the confidentiality and evaluation rules if questions ever arise.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to authenticate you and to support the field liaison workflows being evaluated. That includes account information you submit (email, name, organization), usage telemetry that helps us improve the prototype, and any feedback you voluntarily provide. We do not ingest institutional data from your current employer unless you explicitly upload it, and we do not connect to internal clinical systems.

Sensitive data shared during preview sessions is stored in secure infrastructure with access restricted to the product team. We already block automated collection through `robots.txt`, and we actively monitor for scraping or other unauthorized access attempts.

How We Use Information

Data you share is used solely to operate the preview, improve product decisions, and maintain an audit trail of who has access. We do not sell or license your information. Should you need to demonstrate that someone violated the confidentiality terms, we can provide records showing when they accepted the preview agreement and what access they had.

Confidentiality & Recordings

Preview participants agree not to record screens, take screenshots, or redistribute proprietary materials without written approval. If you need third parties (for example, potential collaborators or friends employed at the same organization) to view the app, they must request access, accept the preview terms, and—when appropriate—sign a separate NDA through DocuSign or PandaDoc before any demonstration.

Meeting transcripts generated by collaboration tools can be deleted at your request. We already removed historical transcripts that contained sensitive descriptions of external systems.

Your Choices

You may request the deletion of your preview account, meeting artifacts, or uploaded files at any time by contacting the support address provided in your onboarding email. Once the product exits private preview we will offer opt‑in translation, broader geographic data, and updated documentation before any new data is collected.
