Preview Terms of Service

This app is a confidential evaluation prototype. Access is limited to invitees who accept these terms by checking the consent box on the login screen. We maintain a record of that acceptance to establish who is authorized to access the system and under what conditions.

License & Permitted Use

You receive a revocable, non-transferable license to test the product solely for internal evaluation. The prototype may not be used in production settings, with real patient data, or for commercial gain without a signed agreement. Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without attribution unless we mutually agree otherwise.

Confidentiality Obligations

You must keep all preview information confidential, avoid recording screens or taking screenshots, and refrain from copying UI flows, data models, or code. Sharing the app with friends or colleagues requires that they request access, accept these terms, and, when the risk profile warrants it, sign an NDA via DocuSign or PandaDoc prior to any demo. We track access by email so that misuse can be attributed to a specific account.

Compliance & Conflicts

You are responsible for ensuring that participation in the preview does not violate your current employment agreements or confidentiality obligations. Using the prototype while brainstorming with competitors is allowed only if all participants are individually authorized and bound to confidentiality.

Security & Monitoring

We prohibit scraping, automated data collection, and attempts to bypass authentication. `robots.txt` and server-side controls are in place to block bots, and suspicious activity may lead to immediate access revocation. If a dispute arises—such as unauthorized copying or disclosure—we will rely on the audit trail generated when you accepted these terms.

Future Updates

We expect to expand functionality, translations, and geographic coverage after the private preview concludes. When that happens, we will circulate updated terms for review. Continued use signifies acceptance of any revision, so please check back regularly or contact us if you need a specific clause clarified.
